Sympathy to Frank's family - he was a stalwart of the West Avon Division of Avon Trading Standards and all of us who worked with Frank in Weston have very fond memories of him and a shared appreciation of his "funny stories" he delighted in telling. His knowledge of the inner workings of petrol pumps was second to none. He will be much missed. My thoughts are with you, Debbie x
